我们以静心小院为载体,基于东方智慧文化的核心内涵,提供一整套学习和实践的纯公益活动和课程。如静心社区、健康养生、生命关怀、正念生活、读书沙龙、静心课程等多种方式。欢迎所有人参与、共同创意、发起和组织多元化的活动,服务社会大众。

Mindful Peace Yard Canberra is a Canberra-based non-profit organization. Guided bythe principles of mindfulness and Chan wisdom, we are committed to helping individuals achieve serenity and balance in their daily lives, soothing their worries in today’noisy world.
Our primary platform, the Mindful Peace Yard, anchored in the core tenets of Easterwisdom and culture, provides a wide array of educational and practical non-profitevents and classes.
Join us in our endeavors, such as the Mindful Peace Community, Mindful Peace Courses, Mindful Reading Clubs, and Healthy Living Practices like tea meditation, acupunc-ture point massage, and healthy breathing techniques.
